Your therapist uses both the sonophoresis and iontophoresis settings of the DF machine in the same session. The two technologies working in sequence to maximise how deeply active ingredients penetrate the skin. The sonophoresis creates tiny temporary pathways in the skin surface, and the iontophoresis then uses an electrical current to drive the serum through those pathways. The result is a more intensive treatment than using either technology alone.

This is suited to skin with multiple concerns or to clients who want accelerated results and are already comfortable with Environ technology. It is also a good option for skin that has plateaued on a regular single-modality treatment and needs a stronger session to continue improving.
